Make existing vertex manager work in multi-edge scenario

Existing plugins are unlikely work in multi-edge scenario because they use vertex name to refer to edge which is no longer true and they have no way to figure out multiple edges there. We should identify which vertex managers will be useful in multi-edge scenario and fix them.
