Tez UI: Hive Queries page: Use Dag ID and App ID if they are published form Hive side.

    Description

      As of now Hive Queries pages does a reverse lookup to display DAG and App IDs. i.e. For each query, the UI looks for DAGs where callerId = hive query id.
      This change prevents this ATS fetch when the data is available.
