Deprecate default GraphSON serializer fields

Serializers has two fields DEFAULT_RESULT_SERIALIZER and DEFAULT_REQUEST_SERIALIZER - both are set to GraphSON 1.0 :/

They could be upgraded I suppose, but I think it's better to just rid ourselves of them so that we don't have to worry about keeping them updated and introducing breaking changes along the way.
