Simplify connection settings in Java Driver

Consider combining maxSimultaneousUsagePerConnection and maxInProcess into a single configurable parameter. These two configuration options seem to overcomplicate driver configuration and i imagine can compete with each other if you get the settings wrong. Obviously, some level of performance testing would be necessary for a task like this.

This would likely be a breaking change as it would likely be hard to keep the old settings and the new one together this should target 3.6.0.
