Gremlin test suite run on Windows

    Description

      Currently, there are some tests (IoReader or IoWrite) which always fail on Windows. This is probably due to how temporary folders are created

      How to reproduce: run IoReader or IoWriter on Windows on a particular implementation (mvn clean test should be sufficient)
