Improve Gherkin framework parameter handling for Map

See Group.feature and g_withSideEffectXa__marko_666_noone_blahX_V_groupXaX_byXnameX_byXoutE_label_foldX_capXaX in particular for more information but the test frameworks seem to need some more advanced handling of Map parameters that will work in all situations. Ideally this test, which is now commented out, would have been ignored just for those frameworks that are having the problem but even that doesn't quite work properly in all cases.
