Apply new ASF data privacy policy to comply with GDPR

The ASF has a new data privacy policy to comply with the GDPR (the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation) and we - like all other ASF projects - were asked to update our project homepage accordingly.

The new privacy policy can be found at:

Since we don't use Google Analytics, it looks like we only need to do two things here:

1. Add a link to this privacy policy to our homepage.
2. Stop loading Google fonts from Google servers and instead host them ourselves.
