Add Spark utility to load vertices as RDD

TinkerPop SparkGraphComputer enables VertexProgram execution on vertices & edges in Spark RDDs. Still, it is not straightforward how users could directly manipulate the RDDs and run custom computations (without message passing in vertex programs).
