Collapse interface structure around MessageSerializer

There is MessageSerializer and MessageTextSerializer, but the latter really brings no function anymore since all serializers implement both (or should) given recent direction in bringing HTTP and websockets closer together. MessageTextSerializer could go away when a breaking change can be taken.
