Element comparison that includes properties

Starting in 3.7.x, properties can now be returned for Element types like Vertex and Edge. However, in some GLVs, comparison for Elements are still based only on Id (and maybe Label). This will probably need to get updated to reflect the fact that properties can be returned in queries.
