Javascript failure by partial reload of an tc:in with IE8

    Description

      The problem only occurs when reloading an tc:in directly, when it is embedded in a tc:panel, it works fine.
      So, use a panel as workaround!
      Using tx:in works fine, because it creates a panel around the input.
