New Attribute visible or hidden for "layoutet" tags

The new attribute should be used similar to rendered=false. The difference would be, that components with rendered=false are not respected by the layoutmanager and hidden=true or visible=false components should use space in the layout.

Values hold by an non-visible component should not be sent to the client.
