Enhancement on SubFormRenderer to allow partial form submits using Javascript

This will allow to submit a subform content also by invoking a specific Javascript function in the "onchange" attribute, for example, of a given component that supports that. For each subform component a Javascript function is rendered also, that will add a hidden parameter to the request identifying the subform as beeing submitted.
