allow to configure schema locations and wsldurl on soap cxf endpoints

In openejb-jar.xml we support cxf.jaxws.[features|in-interceptors|...] but we need to add cxf.jaxws.schema-locations and cxf.jaxws.wsdl-location to let cxf endpoint be fully configurable. The first one will be a comma separated list of schema locations.
