    Description

      See Tomcat bug 63310 Update Commons Daemon for improved Java 11 support

      There are a number of Java 11 related bugs open against Commons Daemon. Noteably:

      DAEMON-396 LibraryPath is broken for Java 11
      DAEMON-398 Java 11 jvm.dll startup error messages not available on stdout/stderr

      Fixing this depends on there being a new Commons Daemon release

      And TomEE depends on the new Tomcat 9 release of course.
