Non-daemon thread pools prevent graceful shutdown

TaskManager and ScheduledTaskManager create threads without using ThreadFactoryBuilder, which can set the thread name and whether the thread is a daemon. Not using daemon threads prevents graceful shutdown (TOREE-413).
