Improve SET STATISTICS command to display the information in new format

In trafci and sqlci, one can display the execution statistics of the query after it is completed automatically by issuing the command

set statistics on ;

This command outputs the information in old format. There is a need to output the statistics information in other new formats for testing purposes and to understand the execution characteristics of the query
