Make Trafodion code base to compile in RH7

Currently Trafodion can be built in RH6 version. Trafodion can't be built in RH7 and it fails with many compilation warnings. The compilation warnings in SQL part of the trafodion code are turned into errors.

Fix the trafodion code to compile without warnings in RH7
