scroll history commands using arrow key in trafci shouldn't include username and password

STEPS:

1. change user from root to trafodion.
2. required to enter username and password by the OS.
3. enter trafci.
4. push up-arrow to scroll history commands.
5. the password and username entered in step 2 is displayed.

Don't display the password and username as history commands.
