odb Generate and Load Data documentation incorrect

In section 5.5 Generate and Load Data in the odb User Guide, there is an example of a mapping file with all the columns on the same line:

FNAME:1 BDATE:CDATE COMMENT:4

This doesn't work. Instead, each column should be listed on a separate line.
