traffic_line and logstats tries to find the var directory relative to the current directory

traffic_line and logstats tries to find the var directory relative to the current directory. They will not work unless you run them from /usr/local.

1. logstats
   critical: can't chdir to ./var/log/trafficserver
2. traffic_line
   traffic_line: unable to connect to traffic_manager.

They work fine when the current directory is /usr/local.
