Incorrect build.xml and readme for feed-aggregator-webapp sample

    Description

      README in feed-aggregator-webapp sample is incorrect. It is the same as feed-aggregator.
      Build.xml is also incorrect.

      I am attaching both here. Please apply for release 1.0 if possible or remove the sample from distribution.
