Tables in Lucas pdf documentation are not formated correctly

The table formating in the Lucas pdf documentation is incorrect. For example in "Table 2.2. filter element attributes" the attribute factoryClassName is written over the text in the next cell, which makes both strings difficult to read. There are various other occurrences of text which is written over the table bounds.

Tables which span over multiple pages are not aligned correctly, usually the table continuation is shifted to the right or left.
The bottom table line is missing if the table continued on the next page.
