PearPackagingMavenPlugin - correct documentation and add usage from command line, and add plugin prefix

The documentation incorrectly states that dependencies added to the lib dir need to be in the classpath - they don't - they are automatically added when the pear is installed.

Add a configuration to the pom to set the plugin prefix to pear, enabling maven commands like mvn pear:package to work.
