Solrcas should list uimaj-component-test-util dependency with scope "test" instead of "default" scope

Solrcas should list uimaj-component-test-util as dependency with scope test.
Otherwise it indicated that the jar plus dependencies should be on the
classpath while deployed which is not necessary.
