UIMA AS assembly script should copy project file from base uima examples

UIMA AS assembly script is not packaging a project file from base uima examples which is needed to run base uima eclipse GUI tools. All of these tools depend on existence of uima-examples project which is currently not being created when importing UIMA AS examples.
