Addons OSGi - License files not the same as the non-OSGi versions - missing things

The BSFAnnotator-osgi LICENSE file is missing the additional licenses (needed because the packaging includes things with non-ASF licenses). The License in the non-osgi version has these. Copy that license, adjusted if needed to the OSGi one.

Check all the other OSGi packaged things, also, in case others have this same issue.
