Key binding conflict: LowerLeftAnnotationSide vs. ConvertToTWL

The command for modifying the left side of an annotation with the CAS Editor and the command for generating a tree-based dictionary with TextMarker use both the same key binding. Solution: change TextMarker's key binding.
