Fix problems in example code in UIMACPP RC 8

Use uppercase PATH in deployment descriptor to match UIMA-AS changes in UIMA-2474. Handle paths with parentheses when building from source. Remove binary for example MeetingAnnotator from binary build and explain how to build. Update READMEs.
