JCasFactory does not use auto-detection for type priorities and indexes

JCasFactory does not use auto-detection for type priorities and indexes. The respective arguments to CasCreationUtils used in JCasFactory are null. JCasFactory should use the full auto-detection, just like AnalysisEngineFactory does.
