FeatureStructure and AnnotationFS not recognized by CASUtil.getType()

FeatureStructure and AnnotationFS are not recognized by CASUtil.getType(). However, it would be convenient if FeatureStructure were mapped to TOP and AnnotationFS to Annotation, because that would allow to use these classes e.g. in select() calls.
