uimaFIT v3 - upgrade for uv3-alpha02

upgrade ExtendedLogger in uimaFIT for uv3 alpha02. This has the new logging implementation. Make the ExtendedLogger implement the Logger_common_impl, and add required methods.

Fix test cases (which assume the logger back end is the java.unit.logging logger) to include the slf4j-jdk14 jar artifact in the test classpath.
