uv3 loggers missing arg on 2-object form of substitutable parms

v3 logging adds methods from slf4j + log4j for forms like logger.info(...), logger.warn(...), etc.

One of these forms has 2 parameter objects; the 2nd of these was accidentally omitted when passing the call on, in Logger_common_impl
