Run JCasUtil tests against equivalent v3 selects

UIMAv3 has introduced a new "select" framework that is similar to the functionality provided by the uimaFIT (J)CasUtil methods. To ensure that both are aligned in terms of their results, run the JCasUtil tests against the UIMAv3 CAS select framework.
