DUCC Book - review and update shared filesystem requirements, especially for Agents

Parts of DUCC Book 3.0.0 claim that a shared filesystem is required.  But this is not true and should be fixed.

And, a procedure for installing an agent in a non-shared filesytem DUCC install should be provided.
