uimaFIT Maven plugin should fail on error by default

For most problems that the uimaFIT maven plugin encounters, it just logs a warning instead of failing the build. E.g. when an import cannot be resolved. Instead, the plugin should fail on errors and optionally have a parameter which allows to turn off failing on errors.
