Ruta: option to validate internal indexing in RutaEngine

In different situation and with different configurations, it can happen that the internal indexing is up to date or not, by purpose or not. It would be nice to automatically validate the complete internal indexing directly in RutaEngine in order to get a report. This is helpful for validating the user's expectations of the current state and if the configurations within a pipeline are correctly set.
