Release build signs some 'sha512' files

    Description

      When releasing the UIMA Java SDK, some of the .sha512 files are signed. We only need to sign the ZIP/TGZ files and to generate .sha512 and .asc files for them, but we do not need to sign the .sha512 files as well.
