Clean Jenkins workspace up after build

To save space on the ASF Jenkins infrastructure, we should clean up the workspace after the build. If there are important files, we should attach them as build artifacts. Also, there should be a parameter in the build to allow developers to skip workspace cleaning for debugging purposes.
