Log4j logging configuration guide is outdated/wrong

The Log4j section still claims that "category" is supported, when in reality, all has been switched over to "logger". The docs need to be fixed to only refer to use of the runtime.log.logsystem.log4j.logger property and have all "category" stuff excised.
