Wagon tests fail on Windows because Subversion crashes on a test repo

Running the test suite Windows will tell you that Subversion has crashed and Windows is trying to recover from. It has been reported to the Subversion mailing list. The outcome is that the repo internal files are line normalized by Git on Windows though Subversion expects always \n.
