Hadoop EC2 terminate-instances should terminate only those instances listed in the confirmation listing

There is an edge case whereby terminate-instances will not list instances in a security group if they are not also in a master or slave security group, but will terminate them. This can cause EC2 instances that are not in a Hadoop cluster to be accidentally terminated if they are in a group with the same name as the cluster.
