Generify PropertyColumn

PropertyColumn overrides populateItem incorrectly. PropertyColumn has:
public void populateItem(Item item, String componentId, IModel model)

whereas ICellPopulator has:
void populateItem(final Item<ICellPopulator<T>> cellItem, final String componentId,
final IModel<T> rowModel);

This makes it hard to extend PropertyColumn.
