Use better namespacing for Wicket.DateTime initialization scripts

DatePicketInit.js defines several variables in window.** namespace.
Since this code actually loads Wicket.DateTime YUI module we cannot use the same identifier.
The new namespace identifier will be Wicket.DateTimeInit
