CheckGroupSelector with disabled checks

to replicate use a CheckGroupSelector with some disabled Check's.

Clicking on the "select all" checkbox selects all enabled checkboxes but does not select itself as checked, as it should

clicking once more on the "select all" checkbox selects itself but does nothing to the checkboxes.

clicking a third time on the "select all" checkbox deselects all checkboxes.
