Introduce CsrfPreventionRequestCycleListener that is aware of Web Socket requests

As discussed at users@ (http://markmail.org/message/5suwukxyykwgj74a) it would be nice if Wicket Native WebSocket module provides a specialization of CsrfPreventionRequestCycleListener that ignores any web socket request handlers.
