don't package jaxb*sources.jar in build sample war files

    Description

      The war files that are built up for samples contain the files:

      162739 06-30-09 12:21 WEB-INF/lib/jaxb-api-2.1-sources.jar
      89967 06-30-09 12:21 WEB-INF/lib/jaxb-api-2.1.jar
      970880 06-30-09 12:21 WEB-INF/lib/jaxb-impl-2.1.4-sources.jar
      849219 06-30-09 12:21 WEB-INF/lib/jaxb-impl-2.1.4.jar

      We should not be packaging the *sources.jar files in the samples war files.
