WebMenuServlet needlessly created widget instances

The WebMenuServlet creates instances for each Widget each type its viewed, and passes this into the ListAll.jsp page. However, the widget instances are never actually used, only the widget objects they reference, as the DemoWidget.jsp page uses the Connector Framework to create instances directly.
