assure compatibility with the change in ehcache CacheManager's create method from version 2.5.1 to 2.5.2 and up

ehcache CacheManager's create method previously instantiated a new instance but from version 2.5.2, it simply returns a singleton, where a new method is introduced to create a new instance. Thus, the correct method needs to be invoked while instantiating a cache manager.
