Update Archetypes READMEs

Make it easier for new users to get started with struts2 by updating READMEs (and wiki?) for maven archetypes.

Especially tell users about the command:

mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeCatalog=http://struts.apache.org/

As this is the easiest way to get a new project created.
